What is the yubico-piv-tool command line command to create a key pair with RSA2048 and SHA512?

I've already set up the Yubikey 4's Management Key, PIN, and PUK...

I'm having a bit of difficulty with seeing the certs made in slot 9d (which is the cert slot designated for encryption, etc)
