I have sent for an RMA but I wanted to say also that the device would not log my gmail in either and the lights would not work, basically it only worked in OTP mode

Is this not intended behavior? The personalization tool, looking at it, seems to deal with OTPs.

I just got a Yubikey Neo and I was setting it up and it worked fine then about 20 min later I tried to use it, so I plugged it in and nothing happens it is only recognized by the Neo Manager but not the Personalization tool unless I change it to OTP.
I have windows 7 and English keyboard US.
