As we earlier indicated, we anticipated some shortages in Yubikey 2.0 deliveries until the mass production processes were in place. We indicated 'end of August' and although we hoped to be quicker, we at least met the target. We've made a few tool modifications and I think we have good reasons to be proud of the result.

The demand for the 2.0 has been overwhelming and unfortunately some deliveries have been delayed by several weeks.

The production line for the Yubikey 2.0 is now running at full capacity and we've been working hard the last week clearing all back-orders. We expect the last back-orders to be processed by beginning of next week and are now ready to take orders 'of any volume'...

With the best regards,

JakobE
Hardware- and firmware guy @ Yubico
Statistics: Posted by Jakob — Sat Sep 05, 2009 6:41 pm
