same as "use serial number" - add zeroes to the beginning until you reach 12 characters.

The default setting is to log all changes made in the configuration_log.csv file. Check it to see what access code you set.

okay in my configuration log file I see this in column E. 6998824, no space no extra zeros.
what do I do to unlock ?

is there a way to format the entire key and start over.
I kill my slot one playing with protection.
