[QUESTION] How to find/set the RFID UID from the YubiKey NEO

Is there any way I can retrieve/set the RFID UID of my NEO from the YubiKey Personalization Tool or is it hard coded and do I need an RFID reader to find out what it is? Thanks in advance!
