It looks like your software is intercepting keyboard input or misusing the driver.

I wanted to share this. I had a recurring problem where I couldn't use my Yubikey NEO. It displayed the light on the key and reacted to touch, but on one Windows 7 64 bit machine, nothing was sent to the host. The key worked everywhere else and it took a while to figure out what was conflicting with it.

Rogers Mobile (https://www.rogersonenumber.ca) offers a program to receive calls and texts on your computer simultaneously, saving your airtime minutes.

For whatever reason, it is interfering with the Yubikey, once the program was closed off the tray; the Key was working normally again.
