launch an elevated powershell command line and try "Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted" before running the ps1 script

So how do i run this script? I saved is as a ps1 file but when i run it, it just goes right back to a command prompt.

[How To]Powershell script to import user certificate

After spending many hours searching for how to import a user certificate onto my Yubikey Neo, I figured it out (with help from YUBICO folks), and decided to write a powershell script to make it easier on other folks.

I am not sure if it is possible (or allowed) to post lots of code, so here is the link to where I posted it.
