Hi - this is about using a USB security key - FIDO U2F (the blue one)
with the USB port on my phone with a USB A receptacle to micro-B cable - that works with with flash drives OTG.
I would like to log in to my secure site from my phone.
So,
How do I use my USB FIDO U2F SECURITY KEY with my phones micro usb plug - The Phone runs Lollipop and Chrome 39 and does not have NFC.
Does Android have the same problem recognizing the key as Linux?
as in "70-u2f.rules into the Linux directory: /etc/udev/rules.d/"
Is there an app to fix this rather than a hack on a rooted Lollipop?

Has anyone had any luck using a U2F USB Key with Android?

Thanks - Ed
Statistics: Posted by 0x1b — Fri Apr 03, 2015 5:03 am
