Yubikey PIV - windows clients supported out-of-the-box?

Hey, I am implementing PIV using Yubikey 4, and it's lovely for linux (and mac, mostly). But - I am at a fair loss for windows. The only ssh clients I can find support smartcard and PIV poorly, at best. I think that I must just be missing something.

So - what ssh clients for windows are well-supported, out of the box, for Yubikey4 and PIV mode? I prefer free/open-source, but frankly this is for work and if we have to go paid, so be it.

Any advice or guidance to getting the windows people online is appreciated, thank you.
