I picked up a HID OMNIKEY 5321 V2 CL SAM USB NFC reader on Ebay for $15. I've been trying to get to my Neo and the NFC reader to work with LastPass on Windows 10 but haven't had any luck yet. Does anyone know the trick on how to get LastPass to see my Neo via the NFC reader? I tried NDEF Programming in the YubiKey Personalization Tool but may not have the correct settings.

I've confirmed the reader does work and got Yubico Authenticator working with it and the Neo. In the Yubico Authenticator settings I changed the card reader name to "OMNIKEY CardMan 5x21-CL 0" and that was the trick.
