Have raised a ticket.. IMHO definitely NFC-dead. If it were anything else the forum would be awash with the same issue - I'm not such a newbie . Thanks.

Can you try to scan the TAG with zebra crossing, barcode scanner or any other android app on the Play Store that would do the job?

Did you installed YubiClip?

Also, some smartphone have very weak readers. Please remove the cover / extra battery before scanning and check this list : viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1302

UPDATE: I tried it today with my wife's "straight out of the box" Samsung S5 - nothing.

So either it's NFC-dead, I need to program it, or I'm rubbing it the wrong way (the phone, not "the" wife )

Hi,

Help! Have a new neo 3.3.0, all works with USB but can't get my phone - Samsung Galaxy S4 - to recogise or do anything with it (or Lastpass app).

Phone doesn't even "wiggle a pinky" when I dance them together. Conversely, nxpinfo will recognise any other NFC cards I have.

Er, help?! I tried the Yubi programming tool for NXP, but again no joy.

P.S. Marketing tip: loom bands were a solution looking for a problem. THAT problem is how to get kids to attach Yubikeys to their wrists. Job done. Where's my prize??
