[QUESTION] Meaning of APDU return code 67 00

I'm trying to import certificate (after I have succesfully imported private key) to my Yubikey NEO with yubico-piv-tool and I'm getting a message "Failed commands with device: Something went wrong." If I enable verbose logging, I can see that everything is fine (authentication and sending the actual certificate in 255 byte chunks) but at the end the NEO replies with the code 67 00. I don't have documentation of APDU responses but several google searches points to a "Wrong lenght" error. Is it possible that the certificate I'm trying to import is too big for NEO (my certificate is fairly standard digital signature verified by national authority)? Or does it look like a bug? Yubico-piv-tool is version 1.4.2
