You need a 3.3 NEO or above.

Use ykpersonalize to configure your NEO in mode 82

which version of the NEO you have?

Firmware, serial number? Are you using latest version of the NEO manager?

I can't seem to configure my NEO using the Neo Manager, it says No Device Found. It's detected fine by the personalisation tool though.

Any ideas? I've searched Google but come up with nothing.
