You can't reset the password without resetting the YubiOATH applet. Doing so will wipe all stored credentials on the YubiOATH applet. https://developers.yubico.com/ykneo-oath/Reset.html (process works for the YubiKey 4 as well)
Statistics: Posted by ChrisHalos — Wed Jun 01, 2016 1:43 am

Hello,

I've been using the Yubico Authenticator app with a Yubikey Neo and set a password for it once, which I don't remember anymore.
How the password can be set is described here: https://www.yubico.com/wp-content/uploa ... uto,69,209

Now, how can I reset this password, as I can't use my Yubikey without it? Is it possible in any way?

Tobias
Statistics: Posted by strobeto — Sat May 21, 2016 8:05 pm
