You need to configure your YubiKeys for HMAC-SHA1 challenge-response in slot 2, with variable input, to use them with the windows logon software. If you configure both of them with the same secret you will be able to use either of them for logging in.

This guide describes how to do that programming with the Cross Platform Personalization tool, the part about HMAC-SHA1 is 5.5.2 (page 49).

I just got my YubiKeys, I'd like to know how to configure my Yubikey's to log me into windows.

Can I use both of my keys to log me into the same pc?
