Yes, you can. You can register a YubiKey to as many LastPass accounts as you want, and up to five different YubiKeys can be registered for each account.

I'm evaluating YubiKey for my 20 person company.
LastPass and Windows logon both run the risk of losing data if the key is lost, but I don't want to have two YubiKeys for each person.
My question is whether I can create a single YubiKey that would work with all of their accounts? So if anyone loses their YubiKey, I can use the master key to access their account. Can one YubiKey have passwords for 20+ people?
