The purpose of the nano form factor (Nano, NEO-n) is for the device to be left inside the USB port. We recommend the standard form factor (Standard, NEO) if you intend to remove the device frequently or use it in multiple computers. There is a small hole to attach a lanyard if the device does need to be removed (I use my NEO-n as my primary YubiKey, but I also remove it often for testing purposes, so I have the lanyard attached).

Question about the Basic Nano?

I just received the Basic Nano and the mail. I'm a bit confused. How does one hold on to this tiny one? The web site says it is designed to fit... 'Inside USB port' I can't even get a hold of it put it in the USB port or pull it out. Can anyone explain how to use this Basic Nano?
