Really? No replies? Please can you tell me what happened regarding this? Did you find a problem that rectified this for you? Did you end up having to buy a new Neo?

I have a Neo that I got - maybe a year or two ago, and it has been working fine up until now. For some reason my phone no longer recognizes it when I hold it up to the back of the phone. My wife's Neo still works fine - I hold that up there and the phone sees it (i.e. I can unlock the safe).

Is this just a sign of a Yubikey that has gone bad, or is there something else to check?

Edit: The phone is a Galaxy S5.
