For all of french user, this is the solution, provided to me by a very efficient tech support at Yubico. 8-)
The issue lied in keyboard layout. The easiest solution is to switch it from azerty to qwerty using shortcut maj+alt.

I get the same error as in a previous message on a forum, but can't get it to work.

I'm basically following exactly the tutorial proposed by Yubico to configure Keepass with Yubico 4 HOTP. I even put a look-ahead counter to 20 for testing purpose, just to make sure.

However, Keepass rejected my OTPs, saying "Failed to create otp key".

I notice that the generated OTPs weren't numbers, like in the tutorial, but stuff like à(à'(&çà which could mean that something is going wrong.

Can you please help me ? I tried figuring it out for a couple hours but I'm stuck.
