Hello,

I believe FIDESMO ships YubiKey NEO with a proprietary applet on it which allows them to download and install specific software from their partners/store.

This means that those devices do not contain any of the standard Yubico software stack (OTP+Open PGP, PIV, U2F, OATH)

Contact them and ask what kind of configuration is it exactly available in the YubiKey NEO you bought from them.

It's a regular yubikey neo with the fidesmo logo and the text powered by yubico on it, which is what the manager identify it as, but with the piv feature unavailable.

Hi, I've bought a Yubikey Neo from a third party, fidesmo, unfortunately I've now noticed that this device is sold without the PIV feature, is it possible to get this applet somehow and install it manually?
