When I put the NEO into mode 0x81, things work as expected. Attempts to call SCardConnect() return SCARD_W_REMOVED_CARD until I press the button on the NEO, and then it works.
If the NEO is in mode 0x01, the eject functionality isn't supposed to be there. The card is always supposed to be present. And in Linux and OS X that indeed appears to be the case. But for Windows, the card is always *removed*. And in mode 0x01 there appears to be nothing I can do to make it work (mode 0x02 is similar). Is that normal?
