TOOLS -> DELETE CONFIGURATION

and delete the one you don't want.

Then try to reconfigure the Yubikey.

Unfortunately I can't get the second slot configured as I wish.
All I want is a static password - nothing fancy but I cannot get the neo to accept the configuration.
I have already programmed my other two yubikeys so I know "how" but the config just doesn't seem to take. It claims that the config has been written to the yubikey but afterwards the neo still outputs OTPs from both slots.
The firmware is 3.1.2 and according to the config tool, static password config is supported.
Is there a walk through somewhere for how to do this please?
