Hello.

This is a limitation in the YubiKey NEO, the mode flags and the scanmap cannot be changed if either slot is protected by an accesscode.

I was able to program it by unsetting the programming passcode. Note that ykpersonalize did not use the access code I provided it, even though it was correct. So, this is a bug in ykpersonalize which does not use the access code provided when changing the mode.

When setting mode on my NEO. Firmware 3.0.4. Command line:

ykpersonalize -m82 -y

Arch Linux, latest packages. ykpersonalize reports "Firmware version 3.0.4 Touch level 1541 Program sequence 1." I have tried the release version of ykpersonalize as well as the latest code from git.
