[Solved} how can i give my 2 Yubikeys the same OTP?

I had bought 2 Yubikey Neo's in the hopes that i would have a back up Yubikey in a safety deposit box incase i lost my first one somehow (who knows, bad day ect). This would be useless if they didnt have the same password and were not interchangeable.

1. Can i give 2 Yubikey Neo's the same OTP?

2. If so, how would i give my 2 Yubikey Neos the same OTP?

3. Can i customize the password?

I guess i just didnt find the answer the first time. Found out how to create a static password through the wonderful Yubico Demo and Instructional Videos . Great job on those!
