Hello Sir,<br /><br />We have not tested YubiRADIUS 3.6.1 with Zyxel USG-series router. YubiRADIUS 3.6.1 uses the FreeRADIUS version 2.1.10. If Zyxel USG-series router works with FreeRADIUS version 2.1.8 then it should work with YubiRADIUS 3.6.1. We request you please send us the following log files of YubiRADIUS  3.6.1 for the analysis.<br /><br />We request you please truncate the existing Log files, perform the authentication on YubiRADIUS 3.6.1 and send us the Log files at &quot;support@yubico.com&quot; (without quotes).<br /><br />(Example to truncate the Log file: # &gt; /var/log/syslog)<br /><br />1. Please configure the log files with the following settings from the webmin console:<br />1. Login to webmin<br />2. Go to &quot;System&quot; &gt;&gt; &quot;System Logs&quot;<br />3. Click on log file (ykropval.log ,etc. mentioned below)<br />4. Select &quot;all&quot; option in &quot;priorities&quot; field of &quot;Message types to log&quot; section<br />5. Please click on &quot;save&quot; button to save the changes.<br />6. Please repeat step 3, 4 and 5 for other log files mentioned below.<br />7. If you have already configure the webmin logs, please send &quot;webmin.debug&quot; file available at /var/webmin/webmin.debug<br /><br />If not please configure the log file with the following settings from the webmin console: <br />1. What is the FreeRADIUS version that is included with YubiRADIUS?<br /><br />Zyxel works perfectly fine with another installation of FreeRADIUS v. 2.1.8. Are there any known incompatibility issues with the YubiRADIUS?<br /><br />I have a Zyxel <a href="http://www.zyxel.com/products_services/zywall_usg_200_100_plus_100_50_20w_20.shtml?t=p" class="postlink">USG-series</a> router and a strange problem when using it with YubiRADIUS. It works fine as long as correct credentials are used. After trying to log in with incorrect username/password, the USG denies every subsequent logins, even correct ones. YubiRADIUS log reports the authentication attempts as correct and Wireshark shows the ACCEPT packet being sent. Rebooting the YubiRADIUS doesn't have an effect, rebooting the USG makes the authentication work again.<br /><br />The above tells me that the USG would be at fault. I've been in contact with Zyxel tech support and they are not able to replicate the problem with a &quot;Windows environment&quot;.<br /><br />Does anyone know if the Windows based RADIUS server could somehow act different - aren't all RADIUS servers supposed to follow the same standard and send exactly the same kind of &quot;ACCEPT&quot; responses?<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.yubico.com/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=1984">foxzilla</a> — Thu May 16, 2013 5:29 pm</p><hr />
