You could by using different AID however it wouldn't be usable because then you would need software capable of talking to different AIDs

Hi there,

Is it possible to have multiple OpenPGP Applets on YubiKey Neo?

Basically I would like to maintain different sets of (signing, authentication and encryption) keys on my Neo and toggle between them appropriately.
