Please tell me how I reset my key.
I've deleted all info on my key, set protection password to serial number, but the app still asks for a password and gives invalid password after submitting.
Statistics: Posted by Rense — Sun Dec 14, 2014 12:04 pm

It is almost certainly the case that the password you are typing in was not the password that was being used by the original app and your yubikey neo.

Try installing the Yubico Authenticator app on your computer and typing in your password there. If it still doesn't work, try variations and possible typos.

Ultimately, if you cannot figure out the password you were using, you may need to reset the app on the ykneo.
Statistics: Posted by darco — Fri Dec 12, 2014 8:29 pm

Had to reset my HTCOneX. After reinstalling all apps, the yubico authenticator app wants a password.
I'm sure that I type in the right password, but it is not accepted. Clearing device password by pressing 4x the required button
also doesn't work.

How do I get this app to work again?

(ps Installed/Reinstalled app several times, cleared memory but that didn't deliver a solution either).
Statistics: Posted by Rense — Fri Dec 12, 2014 3:38 pm
