A fix has been found. It appears like the remote desktop client requires an explicit &quot;shift make&quot; and &quot;shift break&quot; scan code to be sent. <br /><br />Anyone who have problems with this issue, please send me an e-mail with your delivery address to jakob at yubico dot com and I'll send a free key with updated firmware. 1) I have 2 Yubikeys v2 with firmware 2.1.2, received few days ago.<br />2) Both of them emit static passwords in the same way.<br />3) problems when working with Remote Desktop (XP 32bit and Windows7) and in the windows 7 &quot;change password&quot; screen (in the username field <strong>!OAkd;vz85!erkrFG</strong>, but in the password field I think <strong>1oakd;vz851erkrfg</strong> because every time was denied by password policy)<br /><br />4) 1.
