[QUESTION] Failed to Load Auxillary OTP into File: Ubuntu

Using Keepass 2.36 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04. I have mono-complete running on Ubuntu using "mono KeePass.exe" to run the program. In 2.35 I had no issues. I also didn't have a key file (OTP option) running.

I since moved (copied) the database to another folder in Dropbox. And I've applied a OTP scheme using a Yubikey NEO.

Windows 10: KeePass 2.36 from my local sync copy of the Dropbox folder: No issues
Nexus 5x using Keepass2Android: No issues connecting to the DB on Dropbox

Ubuntu 16.04: KeePass 2.36 run using mono from that local sync copy of Dropbox:

It sees the database.. seems like the Master Password and Key File is setup right...

Error:

Failed to load auxillary OTP into file:

(it's lists the file it failed to load which is the same location as the database on Dropbox, it's synched and it's there)

This is a cross-post to the https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/discussion/329221/thread/71c80012/?limit=25#5bb4 but I'm curious to know if somebody here has run into the issue.
