The easiest way to clear the credentials is by using the Android Yubico Authenticator app that you already have: Tap the NEO to display the stored credentials, then long press a credential to select it. There will be an option to delete, and that will require another tap of the device. Repeat this for each credential you wish to delete.<br /><br />On a separate note, I see from your screenshot that you're running OS X Yosemite and the YubiKey NEO Manager 0.2.4.
