If your server has the right licences maybe you can write a plugin/edit the source to support the yubikey at logon

If your server supports only username/pwd login you can emit a password from the Yubikey + a personal pin code which you memorize. This will give you a strong password: (yubikey password+short pin code)

Now I'm really confused.
Here is what I have.....
Dell 2850 poweredge server
ubuntu 12.04 server OS
CrushFTP software program

The CrushFTP is the only software I run on this server. You access the program from any web browser with http or https. I would like to install the yubikey to validate the login to CrushFTP. Trying to keep it as simple as possible. Any suggestions of what software to use ????
