Samir,

Thanks for the info. Was hoping to be able to paste a password into the field in the tool.
Typing in manually is a bear to get it right. Also any chance of fixing/add the ability to use the delete key to back up/backspace? When typing in a 30+ char PW, and make a mistake @ char 25, currently, I have to clear the entire field and start over.

Hello,

In the Cross-Platform personalization tool, there are certain limitations posed the underlying functions which do not allow the application to directly read the keyboard scan codes when trying to program a static-password - scan code mode. To overcome this challenge, the current version of the tool accepts the input character by character and internally maps them to corresponding USB scan code (as per the US English QWERTY keyboard mapping). As a result, currently there are some limitations on supporting the other keyboard layouts.

Working on static PWs.

I generated a PW in 1password and figured I'd do a cut-n-paste (WAY too easy to make a typo), but pasting isn't supported in the config tool it seems.
I tried the standard keystroke, right click, etc.

Other glitch is when typing a PW into the config tool, I can't use the delete/backspace key.
