If you protected you Yubikey with an access code no matter what you are trying to do you will have to unlock it before writing by selecting the right option on the top right corner.
Input your unlock code.

I would like to change it but when I try a message says it is protected by an access code.

Can you explain how to reconfigure the static password in advanced mode not scan mode, given that there is an access cope protecting the password? Detail is appreciated.
