There have been a few revisions of the "4." All three use the same exact hardware, just different firmware/capabilities

YubiKey Plus (4.0) - OTP + U2F - was sold ask the Holiday Key in late 2014 (Green, White, Red)
YubiKey Edge (4.1) - also OTP + U2F
YubiKey 4 (4.2 and 4.3) - OTP+U2F+CCID

There was a bug in several versions of the Plus/Edge where the counter didn't function properly in Slot 2 (you'll see this with OATH-HOTP always sending the same code).

Thank you for the swift reply!

I saw firmware 4.1, so I assumed it was a YubiKey4. But when I looked up my order, it indeed was an Edge when I ordered it.
I'll look into the support page.

Hi all,

I'm am trying to get my YubiKey4 to work with KeePass. I followed the manual on the Yubico website.
When I create a new secret key and I write the config, I get a new OTP value, however ... that value always stays the same.
This means I cannot unlock my KeePass database, because it requires 3 OTP's, while I can only present the same one ... three times.

What am I missing here? Why doesn't an output an increase/refresh of the OTP?
