Hello everyone,

Just a quick update. I used the multi tool and was able to get this to work. Many thanks to the yubico for creating this product. Cheers!

-j
Statistics: Posted by josh_richard — Wed May 16, 2012 9:47 pm

Good day,

I just purchased a pile of yubikey nano's and would like to reprogram slot
1 with a new key and use a local OTP yubiradius server. I am using
the Personalization tool for Linux. When I try to program the key,
the tool states:

"This Yubikey firmware version is not supported."
and I cannot proceed.

I am running version 3.0.0 of the tool and the firmware on the key is
2.3.0. The tool states the key supports OTP. Could the tool be looking for version 2.2.x of firmware?

I would hate to send the keys back but this would be a problem for our pilot.

Can someone offer assistance?

Regards,
Josh Richard
Statistics: Posted by josh_richard — Wed May 16, 2012 5:17 pm
