You probably need to select the configuration slot where you want to store the static password. Please follow documentation and available video tutorials

Hello i have two new yubikeys neo firmware 3.3.6 and i just want to put a static password on it. But when i start yubikey personnalization tool install from xubuntu repository (3.1.16), the password field is unactivated, i can't put anything on it.
