Same problem as hoodoo. I programmed 2 standard yubikeys and one neo at the same time. Both standard keys work fine but for the neo I get the same error message as Stuart. In the Logon Administrator the Configure and Test buttons remain greyed out when the neo is plugged in but work fine for the standard keys. The YubiClient.zip link does not work - I get the message:

Not Found

The requested URL /download/file.php was not found on this server

I get the same error message when I try to configure my new yubi neo with the yubikey logon.
and the link the zip file above is not working. I am stuck

Dear stuart,

Please install the latest version attached. You will have to replace the existing dll files in the Windows Logon tool
