It's dependant on a couple of things (length of the names on codes, how much else is loaded and used in the neo etc) so an exact answer is impossible to give, when testing here with short names (6 characters) I managed to load 123 codes in a Neo.
So a safe bet is probably ~50 unless you have very long names or alot of other stuff loaded.

Hi,

As I understood the Neo is storing secrets that are involved in the computation of the TOTP.

How much secrets can be stored?
(I currently use my NEO for computation of TOTP of three google accounts without any issue, then I guess the answer is more or equal to three )
