I've been trying to get my yubikey neo to work on windows 10 but had no luck yet.

I tried to install the usb mini driver, no luck.
I tried the possible solutions from the sticky thread(except for reinstalling windows) with no luck.

I did verify that my key works by trying it on another computer with windows 10, there it works fine without having to install anything.

The strange thing is, when I boot to windows safe mode, it works.... I'm all out of ideas, and no reinstalling Windows is not an option:-)

Can anybody help me?

My windows version :

Windows 10 home 1709 16299.19
