So, I'm trying to run the configuration software but when I try to read my yubikey in Win7 x64, the app shows "There is no Yubikey present". I'm also confused about all the different options.

Although the manual explains the options it doesn't really explain what they actually do. Is there a "getting started" type of guide? Thanks.
