GPG certificate has SC, E and A, but can only import SOLVED

As the instructions never mentioned that the Encryption needed to be stored as "key 2" before doing Keytocard, I didn't know this.

Hi All,

I have a GPG certificate with SC as part of primary key and A & E as two separate sub keys.

Code:

pub  2048R/XXXXXXXX  created: 2017-01-27  expires: never       usage: SC
                     trust: ultimate      validity: ultimate
sub  2048R/YYYYYYYY  created: 2017-01-27  expires: never       usage: A
sub  2048R/ZZZZZZZZ  created: 2017-01-27  expires: never       usage: E

But when trying to import the keys to the Yubikey 4, I only get the options of SC and A.
The option for Encryption is not displayed?
What can be the reason?

I use the Encryption key in emails and it works as expected.
