New major release of yubico-c

All, I've updated the yubico-c project so that it is built as a real shared library with help from autoconf/automake/libtool. I've also renamed the namespace to yubikey_* instead of the ad-hoc earlier pof_*.

For those that doesn't use auto*-tools, there is still a 'simple.mk' that should work on any ANSI C89 platform.
