Simply remove one of the two (or more Yubikeys) you have inserted in your pc, just keep the one you want to configure.

Have you followed these steps?

In that case this is because that app is not yet aware of the mode you configured, since you configured something 'outside' the app.

I am new to this forum. I am trying to config my new yubikey Neo and I got the message "More than one yubikey inserted" on the Personalization tool (upper right corner of the app), when inserted the yubikey nano. What should I do to fix this issue? Thanks,
