Probloem w/Personalization Tool

Have any of you been successful getting the "personalization tool" to configure slot 2 on a Yubikey VIP using a 64 bit Dell machine running Vista? Try as I might (download, install, uninstall, repeat) I could not make it work. I downloaded it to an older 32 bit computer running XP and it worked just fine. Please let me know if you've gotten it to work so I'll know to try and figure out why it won't work on my computer.
