I played around with YubiKey PIV Manager, and now OpenPGP does not work over USB, over NFC the OpenPGP works. OpenPGP app: 1.0.8

~ $ gpg --card-status
gpg: selecting openpgp failed: Card error
gpg: OpenPGP card not available: Card error

~ $ opensc-tool -a
Using reader with a card: Yubico Yubikey NEO OTP+U2F+CCID
[AND A SERIAL in HEX]

There is no problem with gpg, because my other Yubikey with OpenPGP works perfect.

Edit:
My key works perfect in windows, gpg --card-status gives me correct information.

I've been using my Yubikey NEO on a MacBook Air for a couple of weeks now utilising gpg and the OpenPGP Java card on my Yubikey NEO. Yesterday I installed the Yubico Authenticator onto the MacBook Air and I'm no longer able to access the Javacard on the NEO.

I get the following error executing gpg --card-status:

gpg: selecting openpgp failed: Card error
gpg: OpenPGP card not available: Card error

For trouble shooting purposes I installed Yubico NEO Manager this morning and verified that I was able to connect to the Yubikey and that OpenGPG app was installed. Currently v 1.0.7 of the OpenGPG app is installed on my Yubikey.

Tried to uninstall the Yubico Authenticator using it's installer but it wouldn't let me do an uninstall.

Please help.
