Did you disabled Joomla's own authentication plugin? (Authentication - Joomla).

I am using yubikey with Joomla 1.5.14 without any problems. I installed the yubikey after I had upgraded Joomla though.

We have recently updated our Joomla web site to 1.5.14 and now we do not appear to be able to connect with any of our Yubikeys.

Is this a know issue ? If not I would appreciate it if you could provide some assistance.
