UPDATE: Thanks, switching to mode 82 solved this.

Hi,

With a Yubikey NEO firmware 3.2.0 I experience a 10 to 12 second wait time nessecery after plugin before I'm able to produce a yubico otp (slot 1 default config)

This is on windows 8, the hid device and the smartcard is present almost immediately after plug-in.
This is only a problem when the NEO mode is hid + ccid, if I select hid only or hid+ccid with touch eject this
initial post-bootup wait is not nessecery.

Any thoughts?
