Forefront TMG with YubiRADIUS

I am trying to use yubiradius to authenticate users from forefront TMG. Im getting the following error:
Sep 5 15:12:19 yrva353 ykropval[22463]: LOG_ERR:ykropval-verify:[127.0.0.1] Invalid parameters
Sep 5 15:12:19 yrva353 ykropval[22463]: LOG_ERR:ykropval-verify:[127.0.0.1] YubiKey OTP validation failed
Sep 5 15:12:19 yrva353 ykropval[22463]: LOG_ERR:ykropval-verify:[127.0.0.1] Message: Could not parse Yubikey OTP, Query: , Response:

Has anyone used this configuration?
