Just tried to use the personalization tools to change a static password in my second slot, but no matter what USB port I place the key into, it doesn't get recognized by the tools. The functions of the key work just fine (Cloud password and static password work just fine).<br /><br />I'm using Windows 8 and have configured this key on this machine previously.
