To summarize: Yubikey NEO Manager is reporting the version number incorrectly. There's a TODO to fix the NEO Manager to properly recognize BCD version numbers.

The latest openPGP applet version as of now is 1.0.10.

How is that even possible? Is that a red flag to suspect my yubikey neo is faulty? I tried Yubikey neo manager in two different computers, same result.
